~His Royal Highness~

I take so many photos of Dutch, he seems to just always be

there..LittleBoy is such a Garfield snoozer hes never around

much.. He does play alot with Dutch and they run back and

forth for a long time chasing each other which Im glad they

have the room to do that. LB is up on top my desk..close

to the edge you can see the lamp next to him on the right..

He likes it up there..but he does the same thing..before he

lays down he goes in circles to clear off what is in his way,

needless to say the top of my desk on the right side has

not one thing on it..only LB..down the other end he allows

me to have a few things..Dutch I dont allow up there hes

just to bad..he slaps at everything to see if it moves and

he can clear off the top of my desk in minutes....ask how I

know! He doesnt get up there unless hes just wanting to

make LB mad..they each have their own spots to lay..lol

Look at those feet..how regal he looks see his feet are

crossed? his Royal Highness...so spoiled so spoiled

but so worth it.. :-)

This is an older photo but this is how LB lays when he wants

his belly rubbed..I take my fingers and gently drag them up

and down his tummy.. his fur is so soft I swear hes part angora.

he just looks so comfy ..when someone comes over and he

deems them worthy to touch him he MAY do that and flop

down and let you rub him..He slowly walks up..and will take

his head and nudge your leg ..or if hes on the desk he will

nudge my arm.pushing at it..to get me to touch him..Its so funny

when someone comes how they just are fascinated with shoes..

Penny came today and with all that snow she trudged thru..her

shoes were wet..both of them smelled and licked them like..

"hmm this shoe is cold..wet..wonder what happened to it" lol

they love feet and shoes..

A friend and daughter came by and Kaylynn said "they like my

feet" I told her " yes..thats the only time they get to see them

honey" and I laughed.. she looked at me all wide eyed and I

could see she was thinkin 'ohoh' I shouldnt have said that.. I

laughed ..said "theyre so glad you do ! when I have company

they take advantage of gettin to smell peoples smelly stinky

shoes and feet !!! " she laughed ..said "stinky feet" lol..But

she started to feet bad that she said that, with me like this and

no feet..I sure didnt want her to feel that...so I had to make it

really light and laugh and make it funny, i didnt want this baby

to feel self conscious around someone in a chair..that she

should still just say what she wants, be her .. that I am still me

I told her " I dont have feet but its ok..i get to ride now..haha U

have to buy shoes." she smiled, but kids remember stuff like

this and if I had reacted badly or felt hurt..she would have been

intimidated to be open and herself when ever she was around

someone else in a chair..I didnt want that. I hope I did good..

Shes such a sweet thing..shes only 8..

Penny was here.and I have to say..we worked hard.. i can

see my bedroom floor..see? DONT look at the messy bed..

I havent gotten to that yet lol..but the floor is clean..that white

spot is a kittie toy lol I still havent decided on a color..If you

look at the carpet closely you can see its kind of wrinkly

and thats what makes it so hard for me to roll in there..And

its thicker carpet than whats in the living room.. My board

is there and at the end of the bed piled with stuff lol is my

tray table with the lamp on it..it has wheels and is the handiest

thing. you can see a blue pillow I made..with the white ruffle

its called a Quillow..its a little lap quilt and folds into a pillow.

when its opened there is a pocket the quilt folds into and

you can put your feet in it to keep them warm and to keep the

quilt on you.. I made these when I had my own shop and when

I was in the nursing home..I sold alot of them..they are really

very easy to make..Its not a quilt quilt.could be..its just quilted

material..but it can be made as a quilt too..Ive made them

like that when I did the machine quilting..

There on the left is my sewing machine..dont look at the stuff

piled underneath lol..Its an old singer head from one of the

treadle machines just put into a newer cabinet..It works great

but I cant use it..the lever to run it hangs down on the right side

underneath it.. even if I put my armrest back, I cant get my

chair in close enough..and I dont have another chair that I can

put there to transfer to that I can get close enough to that lever.

its a great sewer..the old singers are alot better than the new

ones.. Ill take the old ..all I ever used was a straight or zigzag

and reverse on a sewing machine I dont need anything else

My sis has a $3000 computer one..its great..but well maybe

im old fashioned but that machine right there works great

for me..I made some great stuff on that.. in fact my ex when

he came (Willie) mentioned the flannel shirts I made for him..

said he has yet to find a shirt to fit him like what I made for

him.. I made Davids too .. I made David .. I shouldnt tell..

lol.. I made him some black silk boxer shorts and put kisses

all over them.. and im NOT telling When I put them kisses

on them either or what kind they were, real or sewn ;-) lol..

I love to sew..I will miss not having a sewing room, all my

sewing things are in the basement and I think I will have

no choice but to give it all to Dawn ..It will get ruined down

there.its no place to keep material..I hate to though..but...

well a place for everything and everything in its place and

sadly there is NO place for me a sewing room here,,,,,,

Penny went to the store today too and got some of those

excellent blueberry doughnuts they are so good..Im goin

out into my blueberry kitchen and get one and just eat it

all ..go see how long I can watch tv before I fall asleep.. I

shouldnt be honest and tell on my self but i fell asleep when

I was writing last nites blog post and took me 10 minutes

to find where my cursor was on the page lol..i found it ..lol

so before I fall asleep here and smack my face on this

keyboard..Im headed to that blueberry kitchen ..nitey nite.
