~Lori Day~

Lori came by today much to the joy of the boys, they love

her.. It was so funny the lunch girl, comes every day and pets

them both, brings them treats, today LB was a real meany,

she was petting Dutch and went to reach out to pet him, he

turned his head a bit, and you could almost see him shrug

his shoulders, tilt his nose up in the air and walk off, away

from her.. After she left, he came back out, stright to Lori,

and back to rubbing all over her shoes.. Lori says "Did you

see him? he was so bad! she didnt even notice!"..we laughed

and I told her LB is very fussy, and if he likes you, hes all over

you, but if he doesnt well he will give you some looks that could

freeze a ice cube solid you know? Lori apologized for not

bringing me some green tomatoes. She went to her mothers

yesterday and saw some there and reminded her self then to

'bring one or 2 to Lois' but left and forgot them..she promised

she would bring me some though..

Penny didnt show up today,she called at 9 then again at 12,,

she had no way to get here, but Lori helped do a few small

things, like take out the trash which is a BIG thing for me..I

dont have alot of trash but its not good to sit in here for 5 days,

Penny wont be here again until Wednesday, monday is one

day I really need her to be here, apparently no one will fix her

van, her sis offered to come get her, but after 3 hrs she was

still waiting, as for her boyfriend hes too busy.. I feel so sorry

for Penny shes trying so hard.. I am going to get a vehicle..I

have asked everyone to keep their eyes open hopefully for a

van.. Donnie hasnt gotten back to me on one he may know

about.. I hope he can find out.. I feel so bad for Penny, no car

she cant go to work..she just got another new client too.. Shes

a good kid..just needs a break and I wish I could help her.. I

told her I would find a bigger house, then she could live with

me.. She tries so hard.. we all do and just cant seem to get

anywhere..

I told Lori I would like to rearrange my kitchen.. I think I can do it

myself.really..will just take time.. I can have Penny help, but I bet

I can .. I want to take the smaller table down the basement and

move the good dining room table over where the bakers rack

is now, and put it where the table was.. I am hoping I can get

everything on that one wall ..but I dont know as my fridge opens

the wrong way..it opens left to right.. it needs to be the other

way round..open right to left.. its not a easy thing to do cuz you

cant lay a fridge on its side.. you can but then have to wait a few

hours before you plug it back in..and I cant do that either. So I

dunno..but If Im gonna be stuck in this house I have to make it

where I can get around..

I talked to Lori about my biggest dread, and that's when my grant

runs out and what if I dont have a HUD house to go to..I would be

in trouble again.. She seems to think that there may not be a cap

on it since I am in a chair.. If thats the case I wont worry ..and If that

is the case, then I will dilligently look for a better place, one that

is closer to the ground so I can go outside ..Its not easy going out

here by myself and I dont honestly think I would.. To go in the power

chair even.. I just am too accident prone..and that would look just

SO cute falling out of my chair in front of half the town that of course

would naturally be going down the road at that very time!!! I was

on ground level..I would go out in the yard more..but here..I have to

go down the front sidewalk then out to the road..then down the road

to the driveway then up into the back of the house..no..

I was talking to a friend about vcr tapes..and that I have some that

are of old 8 mm tapes. I would like to have them put on cd.. I honestly

dont know who would want them after me, but.I would love to see

them again.. I dont have a vcr player or a dvd.well I have a dvd in my

computer I can play them.. I watched that finding nemo..now that was

a cute movie.. was so funny.. what a treat to watch that instead of all

that blood and guts and killing and horrible stuff on tv now.. Its sad

all the crap they have as shows..some I dont like at all...What some

people will do for money amazes me.. Well - from what I gather, is

that walgreens will put vcr tape onto a cd.. I would like that..cuz then

I think I could maybe take some photos off of it with windows movie

maker like i did the transferring .. I have the best time with photos

and that stuff.. I love taking pictures and looking at them.. I ask

everyone to send me photos of where they live. besides liking to

see their places, Im nosey ..but I do like to take photos..

I think Im gonna take a trip out to the kitchen and see what I can

find to eat.. Lunch...well was some kinda breaded meat thing

with some ugly chalk looking gravy on it.. ickky..The green beans

were excellent, had bacon and onion in them , very good. thats

the only way to cook fresh green beans anyway, with bacon and

onion..MMMmm good stuff.. I love all the veggies.. I hope everyone

remembers me at harvest time this year! :-) "Nitey Nite"
