~Sittin~ :-)
I'm sitting here at this computer since 5am on a saturday...whats wrong with this picture? I should
be doing something, but, like what? I cant get rides
on Saturday and besides where would I go? The
people that gives the rides wouldn't just drive around
the countryside so I can get out for a while..they
don't do that. I saw an ad to go shopping up in Kazoo,
but the minimum was 5 people, when I phoned about
it, they canceled it as not even 5 people were going
to go, this was through the COA... I saw they were
planning a trip up to the UP to go to a few places for
2 days, and they would pick me up at the door. I am
seriously considering it, if I can find a babysitter :-)
I keep remembering my little car, was a reliant, front

I keep remembering my little car, was a reliant, frontwheel drive and that baby was the best car ever. My
dad bought it brand new, in 86.. and when he died in
89 the car was running great.. when mom passed in 90
the car was given to me. That and 5000 dollars was my
inheritance of moms estate of over 150,000 dollars..
The rest was taken by my sister. I don't talk about
this at all.. The inheritance of my parents cost me a
sister,, and it wasn't worth it to me, it was to her. She
took everything and that was the last Ive heard from
her. Someday I may tell that story, but its not a good
lived with Donnie and his wife when David asked for a
divorce.. My car was delivered to Donnies along with all
my belongings that David was giving me.. mostly things
I had before we married. Off and on that year, if I
felt good and was able to maneuver I would take my car
and drive to my sisters just for something to do. It was
a great car, small easy to maneuver and GREAT on gas.
As I steadily got worse and I had lost my right leg, I
told Donnie to give the car to Kelli or do what ever he
thought best. I still have no idea what he did with it,
as I didn't think I would ever drive it again. But I sure
wish I had it now. I think a van would be better tho,
easier to get in and out if it had a ramp. Be nice to go
for a ride anytime I wanted to.
There was a knock on my door this morning at 9:30 am.
That's a tad early but I give them credit. It was 2 ladies
that were Jehovah Witnesses. I politely told them I am
Southern Baptist, but thanked them for stopping to check.
I have to commend these ladies for their dedication to
their faith. I have seen young men riding bicycles all over
town, even in the rain.. They were of the same faith as
the ladies. Even though its not my faith, these people I
see doing this, I give them credit and I appreciate how
 dedicated they are.
I havent done anything today but play on this computer, so
I have no legal right to be tired, do I? BUTT, I am.. :-) I
get sore hips and to be truthful my butt screams at me to
GET OFF!!! :-) The mail hasnt run yet but I am anxious to
get my first netflix. Its National Treasure, the 2nd one. I
saw the first and I really enjoyed it, but Nick Cage? well
WHO wouldn't like his movies!!! :-) If it comes today that's
what I'm gonna do is watch it, have a snack and then close
me down for the night..but, first ..you know.. I cant sign off
without my GORGEOUS WEEBLE "nitey nite". :-)
Y'all have a good one now, Y'hear? love ya and THANKS :-)

Wow that some looking car, very nice Lois. With the price of gas it hard to go anywhere right now.
I clean half of my utility room today,so very please with myself. It has so much storage space all along one wall. And it been years since I clean it that well.
After Church going to eat out with my family at 1 P.M. , my church and my daughter church get out late at times. Hoping most of them make it...My friend Patsy going to join us this time. It good to have her along too...She like someone to eat with....Now I am not that way, I love getting out by myself at times...it give me more time to just think and rest...I see lots of other that eat by them self...I do wonder if they are happy or just real busy...or needing a friend.
God bless you Lois

I never had a favorite car. I like to drive, but it is hard to find parking here in brooklyn. Access-a-ride will go anywhere within nyc, but they will not take you to the country. Money and inheritance - always ruins families.
