~I Learn~
We are all clean and Penny was a big help to me today.
She cut out some socks and pants for me.. She lays the
fabric on the floor, for her its easy. That's how I used
to cut out before.. I had hardwood floors and no one,
not even me was allowed in there with shoes, and no drinks.
Ive spilled so many times that I made a promise to my
self I would not allow liquids near my sewing.. and I have
kept that, but I had to learn the hard way :-)
I woke up at 4:30 this morning. Wide awake, ready to go.
I had no where to go so I started sewing.. It made me
think of the days when I worked for Needlecraft, I got
up at this same time, but I didn't have to be to work
till 6.. I left about 5:30, or when ever my ride called to
let me know she was on the way. I am at my best in the
mornings.. Once I eat lunch I'm on the down slide.. and
its even worse now..
My sleeping is getting out of hand again.. I watch TV till
I start to doze off in my chair.. which.. its NOT really a
good thing.. I cant fall out because I have a tray table
that I pull up to the end of that and it has the phone,
a lamp and I put my drink or snack on it.. Well I fell
asleep sitting there, went forward and I mean I smacked
my head on that thing.. Well, it woke me up !!! ... But usually
when I find I'm getting really sleepy I get on to my bed.
Once I do that.. I don't get to watch too much of any
thing as I fall asleep.. I cant help it.. But my sleep hours
are getting out of hand again.. I really don't like getting
up at 4:30 but once my eyes are open, I have NO choice
but to get up... Today was ok, I got a lot done... :-)
It is COLD.. 9 degrees this morning and the wind chill
made it even colder. It was cool in here too.. Both the
boys were snuggled up to me.. I warmed up once I had
my coffee.. Its SO nice not to have to ration my liquid
intake because It was such a hastle to get into the
bathroom, now that problem is solved and I don't have
to ration what I drink anymore!! THATS a treat ! :-)
My next treat is to find a snack and take a 5 for a few,
then I may do some more sewing.. I still have some things
I want to make.. So, that means its time to post, which
means time for my GORGEOUS WEEBLE "G'day,G'day".
Y'all have a good one now, Y'hear? love ya and thanks!
Always, Lois ****
"God Bless You", is my prayer today,
I'm honored to call you "friend".
I pray the Lord will keep you safe,
Until I write again...

Hello Lois
I always use the table to cut my fabric...the only way for me...
Hitting your head on the table is a hard way to wake up my friend...hope your head is alright and not to sore.
Now you have it real cold there, it's been in the 40 F here...but the wind is cold to me.
I think I took a little cold Sunday. Saturday it snow all day but it didn't stick, very happy about that...It was Pam birthday she is 30 years old...We took her out for breakfast, then I fixed Lunch for her here and had cake and ice cream.
Pam walk 1 lap around the walking trail at the hospital today...hoping to get her to do that 3 times a week...15 laps is one mile.
God bless you Lois and keep you safe.
