~Looking For A Ride?~ :-)

Shortly after Penny came yesterday, I was of course at my spot
looking at the backyard.. I saw that squirrel come
across the yard, stop at the tree and I hurriedly got
Pennys camera and took that first photo.. While I am
snapping away I tell Penny, "HEY, I hope you don't
have your car window open".. She replies and says,
"yes, I do, why?" I told her to come here and look,
she might have company on her ride home"..
We both watched that squirrel as he slowly walked
up to the side of her car.. the drivers window was
open.. We knew that squirrel had to see it.. You
could hear the sighs of relief from both of us as
he just kept going under her car!
He paused and looked back at us both in the doorway
as if to say "HA! Scared ya, didn't I? " :-) Then ran
over to raid Carl and Joyces bird feeder :-) When I
worked in Green Bay I was on my way to work early
one morning, going down the highway, when I felt
something run over my foot.. I looked down and saw
to me, what looked like a dozen pink baby rats. I
almost lost it. I let out a blood curdling scream and
picked BOTH feet up and aimed my car for the side
of the road.. I put one foot on the brake, pulled the
emergency brake at the same time as I opened the
car door and jumped out of my car jumping up and
down looking like I had totally gone insane :-)

A truck pulled up behind my car and some man jumped
out and came running up to my car yelling the whole
time "WHATS WRONG!, CAN I HELP?".. I screamed,
"I HAVE RATS IN MY CAR!"... I ran around the
front of it while he looked inside, he leaned back out
and said "theyre baby mice, you have a nest under
your seat." I had NO idea.. Id not seen a mouse in
my car before.. but then I hadnt looked either..

That man gathered up I bet 10 babies and even found
the mother, put them in a box and took them off... to
where I have NO idea.. I thanked him profusely and
when I finally did get to work ,,, late of course, they
thought I was kidding about mice in my car.. my boss
said that was one excuse he had not heard before !
I am noticing lately that when I type.. well like all of
this blog post. By the time I am done, my arms just
below the elbow ache so bad I can hardly stand it.
I have NO idea why but it sure is giving me cause
to worry.. I'm trying different positions to see if
that helps, so far.. no.. I am finding my arms are
getting VERY painful when I use them for anything
from cutting food or even eating to typing... Always
something..

The something now is food and what am I gonna
fix today, I have NO idea.. my arms are already
aching really bad, so I will have to wait awhile
till they stop before I fix anything.. I sure have
been enjoying the fresh tomatoes that Joyce
gave to me.. SO good... OK, I have to stop..achey
arms.. This GORGEOUS WEEBLE warns ya though,
achey arms or not, "I shall return!" :-)

Y'all have a good one now, Y'hear? luv ya and Thanks!
Always, Lois ****

"God Bless You" is my prayer today,
I'm honored to call you Friend.
I pray the Lord will keep you safe,
Until I write again....

    Hi, Honey,
    Great pics, as usual!
Is there any way you can support your forearms as you type? Perhaps thet might ease this pain you are getting?
Maybe one day a week in your manual chair might help to build up the circulation and strengthen your arms and shoulders? That power chair may be mice and easy, but it doesn't give you any exercise.
    Take care, Honey,
    Luv Ya,
    Raife

    Hello Lois
Yes Bob is improving, but has lots of pain at times.
Do you do any exercise with your arms, that might help to keep them in shape and less pain.
Joyce is doing real good, so very nice to visit with her and her daughter today. But I'm so very tried right now from the trip.
    God bless you Lois.
    Mary

You should see if an occupational therapist could come and analyze your typing environment. There should not be a charge if you are on medicaid.

    Hiya Raife,
I keep my keyboard on my desk by the monitor, not on the below tray thing. Nothing really helps other than to just let them rest... Exercise makes it worse.. The more I use them the more the muscle needs blood that cant get thru which causes the muscle to ache..thats what PAD/PVD is..

    Hiya Mary,
Yes, its alot of hard work, but worth it.. Exercis for me isnt really a good thing, I do move my stumps around though I call that my stumpercizes :-)

    Hi Momar,
Thats a good idea, I might just see whom , who, I can call..

So Nice to hear from you!! :-)
    Love N'Hugs,
    Lois ****
