~Female Finch~ :-)

I finally saw a female gold finch.. She had the best time out

there..One of the male ones kept trying to run her off, but she

came right back.. :-) They ALL love those fresh sunflower seeds.

Penny puts seeds out in the birdbath and on the platform feeder

AND on the ground..but the finches don't eat those..Well just

picked is always better..freshness counts, in seeds or food..:-)
I'm glad no one was here Saturday to get my mail..A bad week

would have gotten worse..I got my electric bill, Penny got mail

this morning..My electric bill has DOUBLED...This is SO not

good...I may have to turn it down a notch.. its set on 75, Penny

turned it up to 77 almost 78.. I cant afford this kind of a bill...

I knew it would go up..but not this much..I'm glad I didn't see

this last week.. Would have made a bad week even worse...

I cant win, no matter how hard I try...
The honeysuckle is blooming again.. Look past them and

the neighbors have a trailer in their yard..Looks about a

26 footer..About the size I, well Willie and I had when we

were in El Centro.. Horrible place.. I didn't like it there at

all..WAY too hot and it was only 3 miles from Mexico..120

miles from San Diego and 70 MIles from Yuma, I KNEW

how far away the next town was.. :-) I think its out for the

Magic Days..I'm not sure when they are..soon I think:-)

Penny got us all clean, although we werent too messy

this week end..Today we are having pork chops and

dressing :-) Stove Top Cornbread is my favorite..I

think it has the most flavor of all the kinds Stove Top

has..They are ALL good though...The chops are fried

a bit first, then put in a pan with the dressing and baked

in the oven..Very good and VERY tasty..:-)

As for me, I feel ok..not too swollen today but my eyes

still are..and they hurt, itch and steady water.. I wish

it would clear up..Sometimes I have to keep blinking to

be able to see in focus.. Ive never had hayfever or allergies

before..My 2 brothers have it REALLY bad, so does Donnie.

He has to even go to the Dr he gets such bad infections,

in fact that's why he had to have surgery...too many sinus

infections..That's ALL I would need...Anyhoway...

Its a beautiful day though, sunny and nice..no rain any time

soon, I'm glad cuz rainy days sure make me ache.. Well

with all this said, ok written :-) This GORGEOUS WEEBLE
