~A Nuttin Day~

I have to say I did not get one thing accomplished today,

so I wonder just what importance there was for it? lol... I

chatted on line a bit, and I sat and looked at what needed

to be done.. I have just gotten WAY TOO GOOD at doing that.

but I did put a couple things away that I could carry.

Oh and my nurse did come and discharge me today.. I am

glad.. I wasnt expecting him..well I was..but I forgot he was

coming and when he knocked on the door it scared me lol...

I always like to know when someone is coming that they let

me know.. I am so paranoid.. But other than that, I really did

not do a thing.. I did and always do enjoy chatting to my friend.

Its amazing how fast the time goes when we are chatting..and

I dont think I could list all the things that we talk about it is such

a wide range of things.. We talk on voice..and I enjoy that.. leaves

your hands free and you can still use your computer.. we go to

different sites sometimes.. Hes got dial up so hes slow..I have to

wait for him ALL THE TIME!! :-) no just kidding.. We talk about

so many things, there are a few years difference in our ages..and

it is so nice though that we CAN talk about anything.. Its nice that

you can have that freedom when you are talking to someone that

you can trust them and depend on their answers and be able to

just ask or inquire about what ever is on your mind..

I try to be that way.. I dont mind talking or being asked anything.. I

dont mind telling just how my life is..or what I have been through..

the things I have learned.. Maybe thats my way of helping some

one else..that I am easy to talk to and trust.. I can be the best

friend a person could have..ever..but then again, If you hurt me...

I will forgive you.. yes.. BUT .. I will Never forget...EVER...I think

its the best and only way to be.. And the keyword is RESPECT..

I get asked so many questions about being an amputee, what it

feels like..how did I feel..what was the surgery like.. did I use the

fake legs..I dont mind telling at all.. If you have read this blog the

past year ..well I think maybe perhaps I did TELL just EVERY
THING I know lol..but oh well.. Thats how it should be...I really

enjoy this little part of my world..and the new dear friends this

place has gotten me..well..Who could ask for more..I write this

as I listen to my clock strike the 6 BONGS... Every time I hear

that I have to smile.. It is such a special thing to me.. Isnt that

amazing..how just that reminder every half hour..that I AM HERE.

and that I CAN HEAR that clock remind me that I am.. Yeah...

Life is good.. kinda bumpy..but well maybe thats why I have these

wheels now.. lol..dont make it any easier..let me tell you ..You

could see me struggle to roll this chair on this carpet and hear the

few "choice" words I use..well..rollin aint all that easy lol..
