~Bike Guy~

There is the guy with the bike..I think the sidewalks are kept clear
just for him.. He works down at the big plant down the street..I
cant remember the name of it..Its quite large place tho and Im not
sure if that big building right there is part of the big one just down
next to it..If it is its a massively huge company..Lots of semis go
down right in front of where the guy on the bike is..well the street
there next to me..goes straight across that's how you get to Pennys
Garage..There is a lot of room over there for those trucks to unload,
Ive watched them..One of these days I will ask someone that knows.
I have NO idea where a lot of things are here in town..Ive only been
down the main street perhaps 3 times..maybe 4...Once, in that
summer parade that I rode in the back of that pick up truck with others
from the HellHome... It was fun tho..4th of July I think..I don't really
remember what the parade was for..maybe the water festival they
have here or something.. Was fun..we kept the peoples pails full of
candy that had to WALK..they were the aides that worked at the HH.

Its not stopped snowing since yesterday. I phoned Penny this morning
and told her not to come..My driveway isnt plowed and she would have
to park on the street and I don't think that would be too good not with
the roads like they are..I am hoping Robert will come and use the snow
blower and do the driveway and make a path to the front of the house..
I know the ramp out front is full of snow too.. COA didn't deliver today
either.. According to the weather all this snow will be gone next week
and we will have sun and in the 50's..Being winter..that can change at
any time.. As long as Im warm, fed and comfortable it can do what ever
it wants outside.. Penny will be here Friday so I can make it till then..I
hate I missed the food distribution though..it was today :-(

Ive not done too much of anything today other than play with putting things
over there on that wall shelf.. I had planned to check out my machine and
see what is what and make sure she is running..If it doesn't then I will have
to see about getting my other one from the basement and find a place to
put it.. I have GOT to get organized.. I hope I can get a file cabinet..that will
solve a lot of my messyness and get rid of some of this clutter that is by
my desk here.. I did go through the drawers of sewing stuff I have to see
what I would need to make some quilts for the new baby and If the batting
down the basement isnt stinky I should have every thing I need to make
at least 2 quilts... I know I have some mending to do on a couple of my
skirts I havent worn in ages..One is a really pretty red pleated one.. It was
torn when I got it but Ive never gotten around to fixing it.. I will now..

I have this tube of ointment my doctor gave me for my arm, that rash that
was there..its still there but not bad at all..only in spots..so I do use it once
in a while.. I had gone out to the kitchen to get another cup of coffee and
the boy must have knocked the tube of that down onto the floor here by
my desk.. I rolled back in here..up to my desk and noticed I felt like a
slight hesitation, lump, that my chair hit something. I looked down. I should
have taken a picture but I was so .... well.. I didn't pay attention again..
and NOW I had another MESS to clean up.. Do you know what a closed
TUBE of ointment does when you roll over the middle of it with the wheel
of a wheel chair ? well everywhere but back inside that tube! It was
ALL over..the only GOOD part..it wasn't a FULL tube.. there was enough
to make me have to bend over a few dozen times to wipe it up..but not
as bad as it could have been was it full.. So I had to wipe off my tires..
the carpet..and the garbage can.. What I get for not looking down before
I roll over something.. I do learn the hard way...always something.. life
is just so FULL living with a chair :-) I just LOVE it. well it could be worse,
just think if they hadnt invented a wheel chair.. hmmm that's not a good
thought.. I hate getting on the floor..and the only time I have is when Ive
fallen out of this one.. Im not a floor person.. well maybe a nice bear skin
rug in front of a fireplace, I might reconsider getting on the floor then :-)

Time to consider some dinner and I have no idea what I want.. I was told
I was getting fat, so I better start watching what I eat..although I really
don't eat a lot of fattening stuff.. I guess what I do eat though just
sticks to the wrong places :-) namely my whole BODY..:-) oh well ..
this is me, and Im a GORGEOUS WEEBLE.. you knew I was gonna
say that.. :-) "Nitey nite" :-)

Y'all have a good one now, Y'hear? love ya and thanks !!!
Always, Lois ****

God Bless you, is my prayer today,
I'm so honored to call you "friend";
I pray the Lord will keep you safe,
Until I write again.....

    Hi Lois
What a wonderful winter for you. Marooned inside- never mind spring will come soon enough. You certainly do have a variety of tasks to perform aka the ointment tube. Just a matter of keeping a sense of humour I guess. Makes entertaining reading, as no doubt the clean up process was entertainment for you. Life would indeed be boring without such little incidents to keep us human Keep warm Weeble Lol

    Hi, Honey,
Just a word of consolation re. tubes of ointment - it would have been even worse if somebody had put a foot on it!!! ;o)
Hope there is plenty left to rub on your poorly thumb. Glad to hear it's a little better.
    Take care, Honey, L.O.L. & G.B.H. from
