~Cold Morning~

When I got up this morning I looked on line to see what the temp

was..it was 1 degree out side..Felt colder than that. I looked out

the living room window by the couch and ice had formed on it. I

found the same thing in the kitchen .. Im glad I took the time to put

the mini blinds down last evening, that sure makes a big difference.

The window by the table is just as bad as the one they replaced.

I have to leave it up a little if the boys don't have ONE place to look

out they get fussy, Dutch will crawl thru the blinds, and being only

thin plastic he goes right through them with no problem at all.. The

sun was out this morning which sure made that snow sparkle..The

roads arent really that clear but it hasnt stopped the traffic..You See

the size of the trucks that cruise up and down the street out there,

some are even longer than that one..
Yesterday, after I posted, I heard this loud sound and looked out the

window, and there Is Robert.almost knee deep in snow making a

path to my driveway, along side of the house . Hes covered with snow.
He had already done the ramp and the walk in front of the house.
Doesn't he look cold..I was 7th on his list and he had 5 or 6 more to

do after he left here. He said he was already tired..What he had to do

here really wasn't that hard, and not as much as some places he said

he has..Look at the snow flying out of that thing..
But look at how DEEP that snow is..Theresa from CMH phoned and

said her hubby had gone out in their back yard and measured over

16 inches of snow.. We had a really nice dumping of that white stuff.

You can see his van there parked on the street. My poor little animals,

I HAVE to fix a place for them to get their food..well Penny or someone

does for me.. I sure would if I could...
When Robert came in for me to sign his paperwork he sat for a

minute to warm up a bit. I told him I have the plastic and I have my

staple gun and I KNOW where BOTH are ..so when he has time to

come back, I sure would appreciate if he would do my porch..With

it this cold I wish it was on there today. I can feel the draft from

around the door. That sealer or strip stuff that Kennyboy put on last

year when the door fell off has almost all come off.. Its a shame

that they don't take care of this little place ...it could be really cute..

I know what I could do with it..the way I see it could be..

I phoned Chris, he phoned LAST week, said he would be here on

MONDAY, and hes still not bothered to come over or call..He did

say he would call before he came as he knows I hate when they don't

call first.. I get scared when someone knocks on my door and I am

not expecting anyone... When I know someone is..I Unlock my door

then and wait for them to come by... Well I told Chris, on his messages,

that if he would let me know where to take this check-- I know where

I would like to put it-- but that I would have Penny drop it off to him

once a month, then he will have it.. Ive not heard back..of course..I

guess maybe I should call Big Daddy, . Boy, I have some names for

these guys hey? ..they fit.. . and they sure have earned some of the

ones I don't dare put here that I have called them a few times.. Well,

what a way to do business...

I have some unfinished business in the kitchen as I did not eat lunch

today.. I woke up hungry and had some toast, lunch was ickky so

I figgured I would wait till after I posted this to make my

supper.. I know what I want its just a matter of do I feel like going in

there and fixing what I want or do I want fast and easy..How hungry and

tired am I? hmmm decisions decisions.. I am really craving some

fried cabbage with onion and potatoes.. I think I will go and fix that..It

takes longer to prep all the stuff than it does to cook and eat it.. I

havent made that in a long time..and I have all the stuff I need.. but the

main thing I need is the ENERGY to fix it.. Well this GORGEOUS
WEEBLE has to have some food, how else will I stay this way? :-)
