~No Plans!~ :-)
Its been such a busy week, seems everyday was
something.. I asked Mark last night, sounding like
a total stupid "Tomorrow IS Saturday, Yes?" He
assured me it was and my next question was "We
have no appointments, we having nothing till Monday
when Penny and the 2 Rebecca's come?" He assured
me I was right :-) When its been busy like this with
company then having to go out as well.. it tires me
out... Plus this cool weather bothers me. Ive had to
have the heat on almost every morning this week...
My hands and arms really are cold, thus making them
REALLY ache... :-(
But like today, Mark had to turn the furnace on, my
hands were so cold I had to sit for a while holding
them by the vent to warm them up so I could type
this... I get cold easily.. Its nice and warm in here
now.. I wish they had put this thermostat down
farther, but no one thinks ahead to the fact that
they may end up like me and permanently short for
the rest of their lives and all that stuff up on the
walls are for tall people. :-) I cant hardly read mine.
When I have to see what the temperature is set on
I have to lift up with one hand, holding on to the
arm rest and then try to focus on what I see, Its
NOT easy....Some times I use a mirror... then I don't
have to stretch so far.. Now with Mark here to read
it I don't have to do anything but say "Mark, will you
turn on the furnace".. Soon it will be better to leave
it on all the time and go by the thermostat. Joys of
winter.. :-)
We havent made out a menu for the week end so I
have no idea what Mark has planned to cook.. I tease
and tell him HE is the chief cook now..:-) HE can
decide what to cook.. Yesterday was pizza.. he makes
the best I have to say of any ive had for a long time..
I need to get busy and do something, even if its wrong..
So, that means this GORGEOUS WEEBLE needs to post
this and give my daily warning ! "I shall be back!" Hope
its warmer where YOU are :-)
Y'all have a good one now, Y'hear? luv ya and THANKS!
Always, Lois ****
Always, Lois ****
"God Bless You" is my prayer today,
I'm honored to call you Friend..
I pray the Lord will keep you safe,
Until I write again......

I have 2 thermostats in my house. Mark is coming from a centigrade country to a ferinheit country. Here is an easy way to translate: 0C=32F 20C=68F 30C=86F 40C=104F. Ask Mark if he misses the Beebe (BBC) At night he can hear the World Service on the College FM stations at the low end of the FM dial or he can hear all the services over the Computer at BBC.co.uk
