Blogger changed

Blogger has changed and I dont like it at

all, its awful.. so, I cant promise posts but

Ill try.. anyhoway....

 

Its been a pretty good week.. Next week I

have 3, no 4 appointments.. The neighbor

came over yesterday about 4. He said "the

carpet guy is coming tomorrow morning at 10

to fix the carpet". I said "huh? " I told him

that wont work... I wont have anyone to fix

things back, which he says they will, but you

know how that goes... I don't like last minute

either...

 

So the neighbor called the guy, and he says hes

really busy and it might be a couple weeks.. I

told him "Fine, but let me know well in advance!"

I don't like that, plus what if I did have plans?
That's not good business to me.. I don't care I

have gray duct tape all down the edge of my

carpet.. doesn't bother me at all...And it can

stay, Id rather have that than think of ALL

that will have to be moved to stretch the carpet!
EVERYTHING!...  Anybody coming to see me, don't

look at my house, I AM WHAT you came to see..

I'm picky, and besides I'm right, no one would like

that.. 

 

So anyway, other than that all is ok.. Ive not had

any attacks lately but my blood pressure was up

on Thursday.. 164/107.. kinda high.. But I'm doin

ok.. Lunch time and I think a nap... I'm still a

most GORGEOUS WEEBLE, keep well and God Bless

Happy Sunday, nice quiet, rainy weekend..

Thank God we didn't get what they got

in Oklahoma, I have cousins live there I

hope they are ok... All my outsiders are

hunkered down, only ones don't care are

the birds, they love the rain.. :-)

It was a nice quiet week, thankfully...I'm

having trouble with my power chair.. The

left back wheel is sticking kinda and making

an ugly noise.. I told my nurse I either need

a new one or someone to come and fix this.

Apparently since I'm on Hospice they feel

that I'm dyin and I don't need a new chair.

Really! I told Fanesse (nurse) that if some

thing goes drastically wrong, they will be in

trouble.. What if my chair just refuses to

move or the wheel falls off? Id be stuck!

Id have to push my life alert or call 9ll.. I

cant go back into my regular chair, my arms

would not be able to push that chair!.. Shes

checking into it, said MAYBE they can fix

this, Id have to let them take it, and they

give me a loaner.. well... that's not too good

either.. :-)


I'm VERY picky about this chair. I don't let

it get out of my site..I don't let anyone sit

in it and I cannot use a loaner.. for one thing

there is that thing Donnie cut off mine in

front, I will have to learn how to drive one

with them on (its the foot thing holder)... I

also don't especially want to sit in a chair

someone else has sat in... Like I said I'm

very fussy and picky.. I didn't pay for this

chair, but its mine, it cost almost 8,000.oo

as in EIGHT THOUSAND dollars.. Its not

leaving my site.. They will fix it here or get

me a new one... They will probly just stall

around till I do die then they wont have to

get me a new one.. Every 5 years they are

required to get us new ones, and the 5

are up, I got this one when I lived in the

little house... Fanesse is working on it so

she will figure out something I'm sure she

is very capable... :-)

Well, this storm is getting worse and I don't

wanna get hit by lightening.. This GORGEOUS
WEEBLE is closing down... Keep well and God

~Happy Easter~

Happy Easter.. and its a beautiful day here.. Not

real warm but just nice.. Ive been out on my deck

so many times already and I love it. The wood gets

warm and the outsiders LOVE it too. I looked out there

one day when it was in the 80s, yes, already! There

were cats all over my deck laying in the sun. Donnie

did good on it.

I got a new 23 inch monitor, a dear friend got it for

me.. Its wonderful.. I don't even have to squint to

read something :-) What was so great is that the

cords to my other fit this one, I just had to unplug

them, and hook them to the new one... Its an ACER.

It came from Tiger Direct.. That is one of THE

best for getting electronics online..And fast service.

I use them to get everything I need for this puter

and I get ink from them for my printer... its cheaper

than buying in the stores here.

I had a few rough days last week, but I feel good

today. These attacks are to be expected, and I

can tell they are getting stronger.. I tried to cook

some pasta and sauce and by the time I was done,

I was totally exhausted. I sure hate that but I

have to learn what I can and cant do.. Even just

to transfer is not easy, forward isnt too bad,

but when I have to pull my self backwards into

my chair, that's not easy, and part of the reason

I am watching what I eat, if I gain weight that

makes it even harder to pull myself, so I need

to watch that. When I was in my manual chair

I had the arm strength from using that, now

being in this power chair, I don't use my arms

near as much, which has weakened them.. I can

still pull, push, or drag myself easily and I need

to keep it that way... :-)

I got the nicest box of candy sent to me by

my friend Catherine, FULL of candy and tea!
In the town where she lives they have a shop

full of UK stuff, the teas are from there.. I

did share some of the candy with Penny for

her grands. She made a meat pie for me Friday

and I have half left for today.. Rutabaga in it...

Big difference...

~CHARTER CABLE SUCKS!~

Wow, talk about a bad day yesterday and I

paid for it today... I got so mad with the cable

people I hung up on them 3 times... CHARTER
CABLE sucks! and that's putting it nicely! I

got a CONTRACT for 2 years, that I pay 128

a month.. Well my bill came in for 149~! Whats

wrong with THAT picture? They said I agreed

to let them raise my payments after 13 months

they would go up 20 dollars for no reason.. HUH?

I asked the girl, woman, whatever, she told me

I agreed to that, so I said ok, then what am I

getting for this 20 I'm GIVING to CHARTER?

She said NOTHING! huh again! Now, would YOU

give a company or store or anyone 20 dollars

MORE than what you owe them just for because?
NO I don't think so...I'm wondering how many

other people are just going along with Charter

and giving them that extra 20...I bet they don't

know they are... Well I'm NOT.. by the time I

hung up I was glad but mad... I still kept my same

payment :-)


SO, I get up this morning, and I had one of the

worst attacks ive had in awhile...Luckily my nurse

came early... We took my blood pressure and it was

extremely high.. 214/112.. My nurse ordered me to

bed for the day.. so I will after I finish this.. I had

to take 2 nitros to stop the pain and that's not good.

I'm glad I have them in my goodie bag.. :-)


I have a goodie bag hangs on my chair, it has my nitro,

my nurses phone number, my cell phone, and a flashlight.

I learned ! I have to wear the life alert thingie around

my neck on a long chain, I told Fanesse this morning while

I held it up for her to see the ugly thing.. It is! Its a life

saver , yes, but does it have to be ugly to wear? These

are so expensive to have you would think the company

could make the box thing pretty or something, I told

Fanesse I'm gluing sequins all over it :-)

I'm done for today, and I have calmed down from

yesterday. I'm still a GORGEOUS WEEBLE though

of course... Good to hear from y'all thanks for
